The store is well organized with attractive displays of high-quality merchandise, the sales staff are pleasant and helpful, and their jeweler is very knowledgeable about the technical and marketing aspects of jewelry, and very patient in answering questions. My antique pendent has needed repair for 20 years. I spoke to several jewelers, but all were afraid to do the work because it was so delicate. Darin said he could do the repair using laser technology. He did an incredible job...even better than I expected. Thank you so much! PS. We recently purchased an engagement ring from Gregory's, and the experience could not have been better. We had shopped around at several other jewelers in the region, but I felt much more comfortable with Gregory's than the other locations. All of the staff were very patient and took ample time to educate us about our various ring and diamond options. They worked with us to find a great ring and stone within our price range, unlike other stores where we felt pressured to spend more than we would have liked. I will definitely be returning to Gregory's in the future.

I recently took a ring here to be enlarged. The ring was custom designed with a continuous bas relief mountain range against a textured background. I was resigned to the thought of the design being broken when material was added to size it up. Not so! When I picked up the ring, I was delighted to find that the design was completely intact! Their workmanship was excellent - it is impossible to tell that the ring was ever resized. I am very impressed and will be using them for future purchases and repairs.

I brought several pieces into the shop for repair. They did an excellent job, so I brought in another batch!! My rings looked brand new after they were resized. Great service!!
