The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and genuinely care about helping you find that perfect gift or piece to add to your collection. They work within your price range without high pressure tactics. Every time I shop at Gregory's I feel like I'm visiting with neighbors. This is a truly special jewelry store!

Clerk was courteous and took care of my problems. My watch was cleaned and repaired when she said it would be. They have lots of nice things at good prices.

I go to Gregory's to have the battery changed in my watch; you shouldn't allow just anyone to open the back of your watch. Mr and Mrs Wilder are so personable you want to invite them home for dinner. Great family owned jewelry store in downtown Morganton. They have a great selection and their customer service is excellent. If they do not have what you want, they will find it or make it for you!
